THE BUFFALO NICKEL RANCH is a private hunting ranch 25 miles North West of the city of Uvalde, in Uvalde County, Texas. It lies along the banks of the scenic Nueces River with half a mile of river-front. We offer weekend hunts in a high fenced facility of about 350 acres.

We currently offer hunts for whitetail, axis, red stag, and fallow. This ranch has not been hunted for at least 6 years. 2008 will be the first time we offer weekend hunt packages. As trophy hunters ourselves, we understand the importance of letting our wild game mature and reproduce in a manner conducive to good and healthy genetic principles.

From our Lodge you can enjoy the view of the running river and even hear the sound of the rapids. We offer king size bed accommodations and include first class Texas and European style meals with all of our packages.
